How Many Items Can I Sell?

You can sell any number of items and worth any value. We’ll buy anything from one item like a ring up to items valuing at hundreds of thousands of Dollars. Remember: Even a small item such as a ring is worth money.

How Can I Get My Cash?

Mail in your items to us by registered mail. Our experts will determine the value and make you an offer. If you accept the offer, we will then either send you a check or cash or pay the amount into your bank account or PayPal account.

How Much Does it Cost me?

Nothing! Our company policy is that there are no charges and no deductions from the amount we offer you. All the services we are offer are absolutely free, no exceptions.

What Do You Do With The Stones You Remove From My Jewelry?

We do not pay for any stones that are removed but we can send them back to you upon request. Please state this request on your sales form. Even this service is absolutely free!

How Should I Pack The Items I Want To Ship To You?

We recommend you mail smaller amounts in an air-cushioned envelope but larger items should be boxed up.

Small packages: Please ship by registered mail or special delivery Larger parcels: Please ship as a parcel by US Mail, UPS, DHL

How Do Parcels Get Lost?

If you request a free collection, then parcels are never lost! Yet, in the improbable event of something getting lost, then your items are fully covered by our insurance policy. You will not suffer any financial loss whatsoever.
