The handling of gold and money means the great safety procedures are necessary. This is the reason why we have developed a safety system second to none. Let’s face it – selling your valuables to us is safer than if you sold them to your local jeweler, pawnbroker or bank. Why? Well if you sell to us, the process remains anonymous because nobody can watch you while you sell your items. Upon request, we will even arrange for a free collection from your house of workplace. Collection by secure transport

Upon request, we can arrange for the collection of your valuables by a secure transport service from your home, your office or elsewhere – free of charge! There are many companies we collaborate with; some of them also work for banks and other financial institutions. We have several companies working for us; some of them also cooperate with banks and financial institutions. We have DHL collect smaller parcels up to a value of 5,000 US Dollars. For larger parcels worth more than 30,000 US Dollars, we contract a special Secure Transport Service to collect.

Full insurance coverage

The minute you hand over your items either to the secure transport company or the post office, your items are fully insured up to 1.5 million US Dollars. If you send your parcel yourself, your parcel is only covered by insurance if it has been shipped insured.

Discretion

No unauthorized party will find out about your gold sale. If you don't even want your bank to know about the transaction, we can even send you cash by mail. We will delete your personal details after the sales transaction has been concluded.

Video surveillance

Upon request, the analysis process will be recorded by a video camera. We will send you the recording as proof if necessary. Please inform us by e-mail telling us if you wish to make use of this service.
